Bardsleys Lighting Return Policy

We work hard to provide high quality lighting for our customers. You are valued and we want you to enjoy your interactions with us.

In order to maintain this we have the following Return Policy:
We inspect all orders prior to collection / delivery so it is very unlikely your order will be damaged or faulty. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, we will remedy this in accordance with the Consumers Guarantee Act. Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund of part or all of the purchase price.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We may be able to exchange for alternative products or on sell unwanted items on your behalf. A re-stocking fee of 25% may also apply. For approved returns, items must be uninstalled and in original condition with all packaging intact. Bardsleys Lighting reserves the right to inspect returns on arrival and determine their value before committing to any exchange or refund. Return delivery to Bardsleys Lighting is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. Cancelled orders are subject to a fee to recover costs.

If you would like to request a return you must contact us withing five working days of receiving the products. Our team will work with you to provide a solution.

Delivery Damage:
Please inspect items before signing for them. If packaging appears damaged notify courier on delivery. Photograph any packaging damage or damage to order and contact Bardsleys Lighting within three days of receiving your order. We may require additional information to be able to process your request.
